Please remember that we are a small, one-woman business and try our upmost to provide a pleasant and speedy response!


Payment

  • Our primary payment method is Stripe. Stripe accepts most credit and debit cards.


Shipping Policy

  • Due to COVID-19, we currently do not ship outside the U.S.
  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
  • Due to COVID-19 shipments and processing may take longer than expected.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Primary Shipment Method: USPS 
Estimated Delivery Time: Depending on package size. Anywhere between 1 to 7 days. Shipment cost: Based on the cost and weight of our products, we provide a flat-rate $5 shipping fee.
  • * Overnight delivery is not an option. We only provide First Class Mail shipping.


Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Honeypuff Press ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. This is not applicable if you choose to have your products shipped in an envelope by postage, as unfortunately tracking is not provided for those. This option is cheapest though since it does not require processing at USPS.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Honeypuff Press is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Returns & Damages

  • At this current time, we are not allowing returns on any merchandise. This is primarily due to the limited quantity of our ever-changing products. This policy does not apply to products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
